 Communication is one of the most important things to the success of any mission in the United States Army. This includes communication between the base and the troops in the field. It is also important between the field base and the command base. The longer the distances, the more difficult it can be to relay information. When distances are really great, it is important to be able to communicate by radar. This is just one of many reasons it is important to have radars which always work properly.

When you work as a radar repairer in the United States Army you will be responsible for making sure that the radar is installed properly. You will also be responsible for making sure that all maintenance and repairs to the radar are conducted regularly and promptly. This helps to make sure that the radar will spend less time in repairs and more time being used for its intended purpose.
