| Job Description |
The Navy lithographer plays an important role in effective communications for the Navy. This specialist is primarily responsible for operating the Navy print shops. Duties include printing such Navy publications as newspapers, forms, manuals, magazines and training materials
Training
Nearly every Navy enlisted soldier undergoes eight weeks of basic training, which consists of basic skills needed for Navy activities. Advanced individual training is usually required for specialization. The length of time needed for advanced training varies depending on the area of specialization.
