The Marine personnel and administration specialist plays an important role in supporting Marine efficiency. Duties may include work as a personnel classification clerk, administrative and office specialist or postal clerk
Training
Every Marine learns to become a rifle expert first. This is an integral part of the 13 weeks you'll spend in basic training, which is one of the most intense training course for any military operation. After basic, you'll attend military occupational specialty training, which varies in length depending on your specialty.
