The Air Force vehicle maintenance control and analysis apprentice is an integral member of the team ensuring efficiency. This specialist is primarily responsible for scheduling and coordinating vehicle maintenance. Duties also include:
- Keeping maintenance records
- Forecasting maintenance needs
Training
Nearly every Air Force enlisted soldier undergoes six weeks of basic training, which consists of basic skills needed for Air Force activities. Advanced individual training is usually required for specialization. The length of time needed for advanced training varies depending on the area of specialization.
