The Air Force communications-computer systems control apprentice plays an important in maintaining effective communications. This specialist is primarily responsible for the control of all types of communications circuitry and information systems. The apprentice works on various forms of computer-processed communications.
Training
Nearly every Air Force enlisted soldier undergoes six weeks of basic training, which consists of basic skills needed for Air Force activities. Advanced individual training is usually required for specialization. The length of time needed for advanced training varies depending on the area of specialization.
