| Job Description |
The effort will include development of secure networks for tactical/strategic communication systems used by the military services and the DoD.
The Applicant will provide technical support, process expertise and oversight as part of the program overall system engineering effort for INFOSEC design and development to include security architecture analysis, security requirements definition and allocation, identification of system security vulnerabilities, key management and implementation of risk management, information assurance, COMPUSEC, COMSEC and TRANSEC.
Knowledge of DITSCAP and/or DIACAP Accreditation process; knowledge of tactical secure communications; key management and PKI.
Occasional travel will be required to interface with customers and program related meetings, conferences, and briefings.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Minimum Education - Bachelor's Degree
A current Secret Clearance is required for consideration. **Submitted resumes are required to indicate current Security Clearance status and date of most recent review.**
Knowledge and experience in DITSCAP and/or DIACAP Accreditation process is required; knowledge of cryptographic system operations and certification desired
Candidate should be familiar with networking and key management techniques including electronic Key Management System (EKMS), HAIPE and secure networking.
Experience in DITSCAP/DIACAP architecture on DoD Program desired.
Familiarity with current versions and knowledge of guards/firewalls/routers, security software design and development (object oriented programming), and multilevel secure operating systems a plus.
Experience in cost and schedule performance management is desired. Prefers a minimum of 2 years experience in INFOSEC technology development and/or 3 years experience in System Security Certification Process.
This position requires expertise in network security management systems for mobil ad-hoc wireless and wired networks, networking protocols, and network security concepts.
Familiarity with NSA and DOD network security standards is highly desirable.
Familiarity with tactical communications and tactical operations is desired.
Experience in developing network management products to manage Router, Switches, Hubs and /or Security Gateways is desirable.
Recent experience in the application of Multiple Level of Security (MLS) and firewalls will be of benefit. Familiarity with GIG network architectures and protocols, and JTRS, FAB-T, FCS, TSAT or TMOS is a plus.
Other locations like Sunnyvale, CA may also be considered for qualified candidates.
