| Job Description |
We are currently seeking Heavy Equipment Service Supervisors at many of our Ohio CAT locations throughout the state of Ohio. Responsibilities include: supervision of shop operations and technicians, process workorders, schedule work, and meet budgets.
We are looking for highly motivated, customer and service-oriented candidates with a minimum of two years supervisory experience in the earth moving equipment, or truck or automotive industries. Qualified candidates must exhibit leadership, problem solving, verbal and written communication, organizational and computer skills. High School Graduate with some college preferred.
