| Job Description |
| Successful candidate will have 5 -plus years hands-on maintenance experience in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of building systems. This position would require experience in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. Other requirements consist of knowledge with pumps, RTUs, VAVs, and supplemental air condition units. In addition, experience in the management of capital improvement projects, and a familiarity in utilizing internet based work order systems will be needed. An understanding of chillers, boilers, and BAS/EMS systems would also be helpful. Candidates must be able to make sound decisions, possess strong organizational skills, and be very team orientated. Physical requirements consist of the ability to repeatedly lift and carry heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) and to have the capability to climb and work from ladders, hoists or lifts. Applicant must maintain professionalism at all times, have excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment. Past experience working independently with little or no supervision preferred. High school education or GED required. Must also be EPA refrigerant certified or have the ability to become certified. Candidates with former military and/or government experience desired. Candidates with TS/SCI clearance strongly preferred. All candidates must have a valid driver’s license, meet company MV operator criteria, and successfully complete background check. |
