Serving in the military is among the many honors that a US citizen can bestow upon their country. However, it is a calling that requires great sacrifice, not just from the service member but also from their loved ones.
For military families, deployment can mean months or even years apart from their spouse or parent. And for those with small children, it can be difficult to find quality child care and schools in the area surrounding the base. This article will focus on the best US military bases that every member serving in the military and their families can call home.

JUST READ TODAY THAT TRICARE PRESCRIPTIONS WILL NO LONGER BE AVAILABLE AS PREVIOUS. THEY ARE TO BE FILLED WITH EXPRESS SCRIPTS ALTHOUGH MY DAUGHTER SHOWED ME THAT HER COMPUTER SHOWS ALBERTSON/KROGER, CVS, WALGREENS, AND OTHERS WILL BE AVAILABLE.
I havent heard anything about the problems with Express Scripts 5 billion contract from DOD on the condition that Express Scripts eliminate 33% of its pharmacies from Tricare coverage. my pharmacy and Walmart no longer accept Tricare coverage. that leaves only Safeway and Riteaid or mail order. my prescriptions thar used to be 1.42/172 are now 12 dollars. Plus, when i ran out a medication. I was told to get a courtesy 10 day supply and pay out of pocket. I have spent more since october and november than i did all last year. Plus im gettting unordered meds…I currently have a 5 month supply of lidocaine patches at 12 dollars a box. This new contract is affecting alot of rural areas that only have one pharmacy. Check out…Lawsuits against Express Scripts.
Seems like just recently started paying full price for prescriptions, need help with solutions,.Safeway said tri care does not cover anymore?may have to rely on base 2 hours away if they even accept. A lot of hassle since moving.
